"Wow. Did not expect such a grand hotel in a small town. The room was bright and spacious. Lobby area and breakfast area were clean and welcoming. Staff went out of their way to get me a hot cocoa. My only complaint would be that they could easily fit (2) Kings instead of double beds inside the rooms. Location was beautiful, right on the river and the downtown is only about a 15 min walk away. "

"I can't say enough good things about our stay here at the Hardy Lake House. It was clean, plenty of amenities and just felt perfectly nestled into the woods for a secluded hideaway.
