“We initially booked a 2 Queen Bed, Accessible, Non-smoking ... when we arrived, they told us that we book a Queen Room and they put us in a 2 Queen Bed room ... the accessibility was a bar on the wall with no other assistance, making it difficult to get onto and off of the toilet ... no chair in the shower/tub making it impossible to shower ... However, the stay was lovely, clean, and breakfast was nice. The staff was very pleasant.”

“Hotel is average. Upon arrival we were greeted nicely and assigned a room on the 3rd floor. When we arrived at our room was right next to a large air handler outside with a fan running in the hallway. I called down to the front desk to see why we were given this room next to the noise when the hotel was not busy, the front desk replied that no one else had complained. Not a great response. She changed our room to the first floor, first door right next to the breakfast area so at 5:30 am there……

“We really appreciated getting a room at the last minute. Our room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.”
