“The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance.”

“Das Hotel befindet sich noch in Fertigstellung. I'm Moment als wir dort waren, waren die Zimmer noch nicht komplett ausgestattet, zB im Bad ging eine Lampe noch nicht, die Kaffemaschine im Frühstücksraum war noch nicht richtig konfiguriert oder am Empfang fehlte sogar der Gepäckwagen. Das Empfangs- und Bedienungspersonal waren makellos. Einzig das Reinigungspersonal hat Verbesserungspotential.”
