“Lovely property. You need a car if going to old Matera. Grocery store close by. Pretty grounds and great pool (although like most Italian pools, not heated.) we found easy parking lots near the historic area so it is ok. The photos are deceiving because the spa whirlpool tub is not included - you have to pay 100 euro per couple to use those amenities. That should be made clear in the listing or they shouldn't show the photos. " Cave" hotel room is fun but only a window at door and in bathroom.……

“Was eigenlijk een prima onderkomen (voor 1 nacht). Wel een vreemde gewaarwording; een motel direct gekoppeld aan een tankstation en truckerscafe. Ontbijt bestaat uit 2 broodjes en 2 drankjes in het truckersrestaurant. Alle stroom viel uit, maar was binnen 10 minuten verholpen; kan gebeuren. Ruimschoots parkeergelegenheid. Als tussenstop uitstekend; meer niet.”

“Pippo amd his wife were amazing hosts. Lamia room rentals was an excellent place to stay and in the perfect location. Very clean, spacious, modern, great AC, great hosts and amazing location. The breakfast was exquisite and more than you can get for EU 10 somewhere else. Highly recommend.”
