“The room is very spacious with a great view and a very good onsen inside our room. Staff are also very helpful to help facilitate our late check in but it’s a little bit frustrating as email is the only way available for contacting the hotel. Food quality is average and I wish there are more diversity for our meal. I also hope to have more facilities to spend the time in hotel.”

“It is a very lovely homestay - super yummy food (they must have a chef), very kind and helpful host, very chill and comfortable environment. We feel welcomed and well looked after. My son enjoyed it so much, he fed the fishes in the garden multiple times, and also feed the swans at the lake, at the recommendation of the host grandpa! It's not a luxury hotel, but definitely worth every penny you pay.”

"Amazing stay! Would visit again. Rooms were clean and new, very much like the photos. There is a public onsen in the hotel and also a private onsen in the room. Would suggest buying the dinner package with the room, as restaurants are a bit further away. But the price for the quality is well worth it. There is a 7-11 just right outside the hotel, so very convenient to get some drinks and snacks. And the hotel offers free flow alcohol."
