“I did not get to stay at this hotel due to the very rude check in lady. I had been traveling for around 10 hours and myself and family was exhausted. We made a reservation online and we have 3 dogs one being a service animal the lady said that it counted as 3 pets. We looked at the pet policy and does not say more than or less than 2 pets. Really frustrating when you also have 2 adults and 3 children all exhausted”

“The staff had to come up and turn the TV on. The shower did not work. There were people hanging outside the place at all hours( not a good look) . We normally love staying here;however, this time was different. Thank you”
