“I chose to stay at this hotel during my daughter's Cornell graduation season, as all the nearby hotels had skyrocketed their prices. Fortunately, this hotel still offered a very reasonable rate. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and incredibly comfortable. However, what truly touched our hearts was the hotel owner who generously gifted us with several wonderful graduation mementos. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming experience that exceeded all expectations.”

“This is a very nicely appointed home. The extra sleeping area is next to the main bedroom (you have to go through the smaller room to get to the master). The location is next to a gas station/Dunkin which is convenient but we did hear trucks early n the morning. The apartment is stand alone with garages off to the side. Extra touches included snacks/ water/ tea and coffee/ hand cream. The only issue I had wan s that a $1500 security deposit was taken automatically if you did not opt to pay $59……

“The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. ”
