"The pool was wonderful. I would just add a couple of lounge chairs. The room was immaculate! And the custodial staff that we bumped into in the hall were lovely! Breakfast was great and the many options were appreciated! The staff at the front desk upon check-in (Tana especially) were absolutely lovely, so helpful, courteous funny, and was the same upon checking out in the morning! "

"Love this place. We come here on the kids school vacations for a little getaway. We live a half hour away. Great location, indoor pool and hot tub. The suites are spacious and equipped with kitchenette area. The complimentary breakfast is amazing, plenty of options. It’s very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Very poor customer service from the Property manager and front desk in general- no smiles and feeling of not wanting to be there portrayed! It is discriminatory to ask what is the disability my support/service animal is for but was asked that and although I realize that they are policies in place as a heath care professional, the demeanor and customer service were suboptimal and judgmental at check in. "
