“Decent hotel stay at Santorini. Location was pretty good as well. About 7-10mins yes walk to Main Street with shops etc. Reception staff was helpful to arrange transport to the port as we had to catch a super early ferry. Cleanliness was acceptable (esp for a high standard Asian haha!). Shower area was clean and I like that it was separated from the wash basin (this was outside the room) Overall, I would recommend this place to fellow travellers looking for a quiet but nice and quaint……

“I was really looking forward to staying at Winery Hotel 1870, but sadly, I couldn’t make it because a close family member passed away unexpectedly just before my trip. It was a heartbreaking and chaotic time for my family, and I reached out to the hotel a bit later than planned to explain the situation. “As a solo traveller I occupied the whole 2-storey villa and it’s amazing. Staff are nice and helpful. Location is good, walking distance to Fira and supermarkets nearby. Rooms are clean and tidy and have everything travelers ask for (USB ports, hair dryer, steam iron…). Outdoor jacuzzi is nice and no worry it’s monitored everyday. Highly recommend and definitely will be back.”

“Reception boy is very nice and helpful, the room is clean and tidy, a beautiful outdoor bath tub and a large area balcony, breakfast included, many cats around make the breakfast time interesting. Hotel is near the town centre, about 10 min, and also close to public bus station, a supermarket is in 10 min on foot. Hotel balcony can see the sea, and it is windy in balcony, very comfortable. In all, great stay in FIRA”

“Rooms were clean. View was amazing. Staff very helpful and attentive. Special little things like giving us water wine cakes sweets and helping with our luggages made our day special. Jetted pool warm and clean. View great. Location perfect. Close enough to center of Fira(walking distance) and far enough for peace and quiet. View is facing sunrise which we did not mind. Sunset you can catch on the other side. Transfers are convenient. Just need to arrange with owners and price is……
