“I was really looking forward to staying at Winery Hotel 1870, but sadly, I couldn’t make it because a close family member passed away unexpectedly just before my trip. It was a heartbreaking and chaotic time for my family, and I reached out to the hotel a bit later than planned to explain the situation. While I completely understand that cancellation policies exist, I was hoping for a little understanding or flexibility given the circumstances — even a small gesture such as a partial refund,……

“We loved our stay at Suite Home Santorini! The apartment was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center. Our host George went above and beyond—arranging round-trip airport transfers, helping with dinner reservations, and even coming to help us at 4 AM when we got locked out. We were a group of 6 and felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend!”

“the location is perfect , without walking distances to many great restaurants. The property does not have parking but parking lots are quite close by . Property is new and nicely decorated . The room has an outdoor hot tub which is very nice . The only shortcoming is it does not have a view but this is not an issue for us . ”

“As a solo traveller I occupied the whole 2-storey villa and it’s amazing. Staff are nice and helpful. Location is good, walking distance to Fira and supermarkets nearby. Rooms are clean and tidy and have everything travelers ask for (USB ports, hair dryer, steam iron…). Outdoor jacuzzi is nice and no worry it’s monitored everyday. Highly recommend and definitely will be back.”
