(Starbucks/Cold Stone Creamery/Bizzaro's Pizza)! * We will inspect the condo upon your departure, and assuming there are no damages or lost items, we will promptly refund the balance of your deposit.
* Pets (dogs under 20 lbs., no cats) are allowed, but only by prior arrangement with the condo owner's approval. Please note that an additional non-refundable Pet Fee of $75.00 will apply.
* Please; no smoking inside the condo.

Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A deposit of 50% is due at booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival, unless prior arrangements are made with the condo owner. Personal checks, credit card, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy: We will refund 100% of your money for cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival. For cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $150.
