The location is great and close to Flagstaff station and the Victoria markets. . Flagstaff Gardens are very pleasant. Over the years we have used the hotel quite a few times. It's a pity that the coffee shop downstairs has gone and we missed that, though now being a convenience store is handy.We enjoyed our stay, though found the TV remote frustratingly seemed to be from another planet and barely usable.

We had a comfortable stay and we’re particularly pleased by the location. The hotel was opposite Flagstaff Gardens and a short 2 minute walk to Queen Victoria Markets. Metro train station was across the road and also trams were easily accessible. We would defiantly stay here again.

Recently built and quite nice building, a block from Queen VIC markets, trams and trains right out the door, Chinatown not far away. The kitchenette looked like it would have been useful but we were out for most meals (brought back dips etc. from the market once too). Nice staff, didn’t see the gym, parked in a car park around the corner for a good online rate, enjoyed our stay.
