The staff was very friendly and helpful. Five stars for the staff. There was construction on the outside, but the inside also needs work. The wallpaper was peeling away from the windows, there was no hot water in our shower, the whirlpool didn't work in the hot tub, and water ran from the ceiling behind the paint in the pool area.

The pool was closed and there was no notice of that when booking room, I would have booked at hotel that had a working pool

barely any toilet paper upon check-in had to request. Freezing cold showers because the shower faucet was stripped even though the clerk told us just to leave it running for 40 minutes. Still was freezing water finally fixed it like warm water the next day. Stayed in room 226 whoever was above sounded like they were bowling all night

The rooms are rundown. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. Shower was not very clean. Repairs were attempted on the ceiling in the bathroom and it was very poorly done. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Property was nice, breakfast was great, but the thermostat in our room broke and we had to deal with uncomfortable temperatures. Unfortunately it coincided with our pet’s rapidly declining health (completely unrelated), so we didn’t get it fixed while we were dealing with our pet and just dealt with an uncomfortable night.

The property was very dated for the price. Some of the staff were not very friendly and could not answer simple questions. For the price of the hotel I excepted much more. Usually I love the Hampton. I’ve stayed in a few other hotels around Grove City that I would definitely stay in again over the Hampton

Poor service, dirty, and showers don’t even work.
Shower was gross and didn’t even work. Couldn’t be partially refunded because we used a third party booking service like hotels.com. Waited over an hour to try and get showers fixed but never happened. Service was unfriendly and would never stop here agai.

Very clean and comfortable room. All hotel staff were cheerful and helpful for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast had much variety with fresh and piping hot coffee. Hotel location is very convenient to many restaurant choices, while close to the Grove City Premium Outlet.

the property did not provide for cleaning of the room, replacing towels, making the bed, emptying waste baskets, washroom sink backing up. When we approached the front desk and told them about these concerns we were told that if you want fresh towels or cleaning up you have to make a request. We have stayed in this hotel in the past and have never had any of these problems. We will no longer be staying at the Hampton.

the beds were horrible and the hot tub no jets were working and it had way to much chlorine which is one of the reasons I choose this facility. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly.

We were lucky and used our Hotels.com credit to book a suite on the third floor. It was great!!! Tons of room for the dog to run around. 2 Comfortable beds (queen) Was nice to have a sofa + a chair/ottoman & a desk with 2 chairs. was very quiet and close to elevator COMPLAINTS 1. $50.00 fee for dog - not agreeable to us considering we only paid $20.00 at a hotel the previous night 2. NO recycle bins. Really? Other than that, it was great. The breakfast was OK, not as good as the Ramada the previous night.
