“Perfectly located. Just walk out the cabin and walk less than a block to restaurants, shops. Only a couple minute bike ride to the trail. Once i parked, i didn’t need to move. Great room. Will be back.”

“The most idyllic of settings on that creek. Cute, Cozy, and Clean. Loved it. ”

“We travel a lot. There are few places our family of four always agrees on going back too or all get excited about unitedly! This is the place. Always relaxing by the river. We love walking in town for meals. Great location to all things we enjoy doing. The host is amazing and easy to communicate with. We have been going for years and have found nothing we like better! “The Grinning Bear Lodge was an amazing spot for our family in preparation for the Leadville 100 MTB. The “cabin” (more like a large beautiful oasis in the woods) was amazingly appointed and comfortable, with breathtaking views. Nancy was an attentive host. “We absolutely loved the property and will definitely stay here again. We stayed for a whole week! My husband worked from the dining room and the deck—the WiFi was excellent. Walking with my dogs in the neighborhood was magical with stunning views at every turn. There is so little traffic, the roads are like really wide hiking trails. There are also two trailheads in the neighborhood, both easy hikes leading to stunning vistas. The yard isn’t fenced, so I just took the dogs out on leashes. The……
