"Room was dirty requested it be cleaned after first night but was not even cleaned then. Wet towels still on floor. Trash left behind from previous customer under desk. Could not cancel due to prepayment in Expedia. "

"This hotel has terrible customer service from front desk staff to management. They never cleaned the room… guests are not a priority. I don’t recommend this motel. 100 Thumbs down! "

"The TV in my room didn’t work. I had to move to another room. The police were outside the hotel all night. I don’t know if that means anything. The room had a huge crack in the wall. The air conditioner worked really well though!!!"

"There was no hot tub.. the rooms were not clean, there were things left in my dresser from a previous booking, hair in the bed and toilets, food stains on covers, dead and alive bugs on sinks and counters. Bad smells in certain areas"

"Overall, the property is well-maintained and offers many on-site amenities. The only issue I experienced was that the mini refrigerator in my room was not working."
