“Check-in was easy, staff very friendly, good breakfast selection.”

“King room was very nice and clean and fresh smelling and looking. The hardwood flooring in the room makes it feel a lot cleaner than old carpeting. The breakfast was very basic. The front desk staff wreaked of cigarette smoke which was off putting but they were friendly enough. ”

“hot tub wasnt available at first, but next day was clean and warm, breakfast so so..coffee machine in room broken so no decalf available; carpets and room could be cleaner; staff was great though”

“Hallways and elevators were very dirty. Carpet tiles in hallways were coming up. Room was clean, but dated. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Pool and hot tub heaters both broken and seem to have been broken for a long time, as algae was growing in the pool after we were told we could try swimming if we wanted (kids wanted to try, didn’t do more than dip their toes in). Check-in is weird. Phone at the desk to call when you want to check in. They did come right away, but it feels weird.……

“Close parking and rooms were VERY clean. I loved the comfy mattress and pillows. Did not care for the chlorine smell when first walking in, but I understand with an indoor pool, that cant be helped. The smell did not permeate into the rooms. ”
