Crown Point Resort

"This will be our go to place to stay from now on!! We have stayed at another condominium in Cloudcroft (dirty, dusty and not friendly) and a few different hotels in Ruidoso and around Ruidoso and we were definitely impressed with Crown Point! This place was clean, around the same price as hotels in the area, private, beautiful views and all the staff we seen were nice. It's close enough to downtown, yet, far enough to not be bothered by traffic noise. We had a large group for a 70th birthday gathering. Family members rented their own condos for each of their family groups. Some needed 3 bedrooms, some only needed 2 bedrooms. We had around 30 people. We had children, teens, young adults and seniors. Everyone was happy! I highly recommend Crown Point. We all agree, we will be back!"

"We arrived Saturday August 8th the room was great, the front desk folks and bartenders were amazing. However, they could use a more attentive hostess and serving help. We had a dinner reservation for fine dining at 6 pm, we showed up 10 minutes early, but they seated others without a reservation and left us standing there waiting. In my opinion they should be more receptive to guests."

"Beautiful property always enjoy Ruidoso Mts. & cooler weather! Stayed 2 nights & Saturday night guest were extremely noise & dog barked constantly until daughter complained! Furniture in our sweet was an out dated & couch was not comfortable at all, bathroom wall had stains & scuffed up room 240! Staff was extremely on top of things & check in clerk was extremely professional, friendly & explained everything asked of her Ruby Hernandez! Breakfast team worked so hard & kept area clean, full stock food when running low best service give the a 100 plus!"
