“Excellent location. Property is in excellent condition. Our room did have a punched out hole in the wall above the bed that appeared new. Emily at the front desk was very prompt in putting us in another room even though we didn’t ask for it.”

“The waiter works hard, has a good attitude, is very careful, very clean, the facilities are perfect. ”

“The property is populated with unhomed folks. Some of them have dogs that are a cause of worry when .y husband was walking our young dog. There was one towel in the room. The door was in poor repair. Coffee fore the room was not equipped. Someone body slammed physically into our door late into night with a lot of force. There was zero breakfast available. The hotel is in disrepair and under what the staff climed as refurbished. If actual then customers should be forewarned. This stay was not……

“This is probably the nicest property we've ever stayed in. It's located two blocks from the plaza of old Mesilla, is very easy to find, and has dedicated parking for two vehicles. Inside is a single large room with a queen bed, a full sitting area, a dining table that seats four, and a full kitchen with a coffemaker AND coffee. The bathroom is comfortable and there's a little washer-dryer to round it out. AND, we were taking notes on the decor! Cute, convenient and VERY comfortable.”

“This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel is old and poorly maintained, and the location is not ideal. The air conditioner did not work properly, making the room uncomfortable. In the bathroom, the grout was coming off, and the shower wouldn’t close completely, causing a constant dripping noise throughout the night. The pool also looked uninviting and did not appear to be well maintained. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend it.”
