They offer a convenient complimentary breakfast; however, the seating area in the breakfast room felt a little cramped, so you might have to squeeze in or wait for a table during peak hours.”

“I was in line for over 40 minutes to check in. When I finally got a key, it was to a room that already had other people's luggage in it and slept in beds. There was no coffee in the morning. Most of the ice and snack machines had signs that stated they were out of order. When I tried to call the front desk to request two additional wash clothes (three occupants, only one wash cloth in the room), there was no answer. I had to go to the front desk to get them. The staff was very polite through……

“The pool was not working and was not advertised before we made the booking. The bathroom of the room we stayed in was dirty, the cleanliness of the room was poor overall. Had a hard time getting the room keys to work, I asked the staff several times for replacement but no luck. The morning breakfast included old fruit.”
