Living area with a comfortable L shape sofa to relax watching HBO on the 60inc Smart TV or taking a nap as its a Queen size sleeping sofa. Dining room for 4 next to a floor to ceiling window looking at the Brickell City Center on 6th Street. Bedroom area features an elegant Queen size Bed with 2 night stand and a Walk In closet with build in drawers. Nice size Bathroom with shower-tub combo. At the Balcony enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the vibe of the City passing by. Sleep until late as all windows are sound proof and have blackout shades.
