All of the staff from the beginning to the end of our trip were friendly, tentative, and great service. Our rooms were always cleaned in the morning and evening. I highly recommend anyone to go. Pool was beautiful. Loved the pineapple water they gave out . The only thing I would say is the drinks were very expensive but I guess that's Miami. Excellent hotels

Amazing property! Love the staff and how accommodating they are. The general manager Chris K is a complete super star! I celebrated my bday over the weekend and all could not be better. Dinner, lunch, spa and of course the most amazing staff. I am a loyal guest and that will not change anytime soon!

Our favorite hotel in Miami! 5 stars all the way. The staff is super pleasant, the hotel itself and the grounds are manicured and super clean; smells amazing everywhere you go. The room gets cleaned daily, with a turndown service so it always feels clean and towels are constantly refreshed. The pools are kept clean at all times and the overall vibe in the hotel is just super chill. This is not a party hotel, perfect for couples and families!
