The room was nice, we stayed 1 night. It’s affordable and a safe clean area. It’s a short drive to the port and airport. Great location, just 2 blocks from the beach a short walk to the free trolley system too!

Staff were super attentive, rooms was really clean a little dated but very clean, nice big kitchenette. Parking directly outside the rooms was helpful Although no breakfast, coffee machine on the dockside was really nice in the morning with some manatees coming over to say hi. 4 complimentary adult kayaks and 2 kids ones are a lovely bonus to our stay saving lots of money on renting elsewhere

Great location, near to the beach. Breakfast is amazing. They provide us chair or bike to go to the beach or to explore the area. We will stay there again for sure!

Its definitely a dated hotel, but the location is unbeatable!! Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I liked that they lent you beach chairs, towels and an umbrella.

Room was comfortable but very small. There was a closet in the room which was the same size as the bathroom. Odd? Staff was helpful and ability to "borrow" chair, umbrella and towel to go to beach was a great plus. Right across street from Starbucks which was also nice. Breakfast was continental. No ice for use in room. It was a pleasant stay but had hoped for a little more when reviewed pictures of room.

Nice location, but noisy in the evening. Very loud AC. View from the window to the wall of the neighbor house. Very small bathroom and als the room is small for four people. Very soft, sagging beds - when on person turns around the other feels like jumping. Location very good, if the weather is fine- close to beach and walking distance to restaurants. Vallet parking for $40 is expensive but normal at Miami Beach. Breakfast - like in other hotels not much but ok. Very nice and friendly stuff.
