Nice location, but noisy in the evening. Very loud AC. View from the window to the wall of the neighbor house. Very small bathroom and als the room is small for four people. Very soft, sagging beds - when on person turns around the other feels like jumping. Location very good, if the weather is fine- close to beach and walking distance to restaurants. Vallet parking for $40 is expensive but normal at Miami Beach. Breakfast - like in other hotels not much but ok. Very nice and friendly stuff.

What a cute little boutique hotel! The location is right across the street from the beach and a little south from South Beach so it’s a tad more quiet. The hotel itself was awesome! The front desk staff were very attentive and friendly. The hotel offered a quaint little free breakfast with juice, toast bagels cereal and fruit. They offered us beach chairs and towels and the hotel also offers super cute beach cruiser bikes for a small fee. The room we received was ok… it was quite small and rundown. Our room window was right against a busy restaurant patio. Not sure what the other rooms look like, but we weren’t a huge fans of the one we got. The hotel was clean just old which adds to the charm:) But as a whole, the hotels amenities, staff and location were amazing!

Our stay was ok, be prepared that if you need anything later in the day they will tell you to wait the until the next day. Including if you need water. Also any drinks they provide have to be paid in cash. The room was fine, check in and out was easy.

The property was ok rooms a bit too small for travellers with suitcases No seat in room to sit on Bathroom we were in had bad leak in shower hence large towels placed on floor Decor a bit dated Staff were very good and very helpful Only to sleep in and change to go out couldn’t spend any time in room as I said bit too small Overall it was ok
