Hotel is cute and centrally located to major South Beach attractions. Parking is $49 per night but the hotel fails to tell you there are approximately $40 ($30 destination fee and about four different taxes) of fees in addition to the $49 valet fee, assessed daily. 3 nights of parking was $260 which I would have avoided had I known ahead of time

When we arrived it was raining so hard we couldn’t walk, we decided to have dinner in the hotel but the restaurants were closed. Also, a 500 dollar deposit is not reasonable for the type of hotel. There were a couple of ladies in the reception that were rude and little comprehensive whenever we had any questions.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this hotel. I was with 2 friends and 1 kid 3 years old and the room was very very very small!!! We were unable to walk inside the room to move around, They don't have a table to put anything you want to eat or drink, If you want to buy something to drink or eat outside of the hotel, you will have to leave it in the bathroom. The location is good but the hotel room is fortunately terrible, horrible, an investment thrown in the trash.

Walls are too thin so we could hear people even just talking next door and over night as people would come back to their rooms they would be very loud in the hallways and slamming doors. One day there were a group of women at the pool-very loud and cursing and acting inappropriate for this kind of hotel where there are also kids and families. I feel that in this case, something should've been said to them. Overall, the hotel is very nice. Food is great area is safe and so much to do in the area in the walkable distance.

The staff was amazing. Very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed The rooftop bar, the dining at Serena, the bartender at the bottom level and the front desk staff was more than accommodating. As I am aware, being outside there is always a risk of mosquito bites, etc, however my group was bitten a bunch and some had welts on them. You may want to consider spraying since there are so many plants. Other than that, great food and cleanly rooms.
