I was assigned a corner room upstairs, where the AC was malfunctioning. It was hot and humid there, making it hard to sleep and to relax. To top it off, the beds were full of dents, and you could easily touch the springs. They switched my rooms on my last two nights, but it was miserable in the first room.

Location is very conveniently located few minutes walk from south beach and Lincoln st. The room was very spacious. However lighting was not sufficient, and water pressure in bathroom was very poor. We barely stayed in room anyway so it didn't affectnus. The staff were very friendly. We arrived earlier than expected and they accommodated eairly checkin with no fee.

We where very picky about our room an Ms.Santa showed us other rooms that where pleasing for us ~ Thank you Santa. Front check in with Emanuel was a delight, so friendly and made us feel welcomed😘. Ronaldo assisted with check out and had to call back, left my jacket, Thanks Ronaldo for getting my jacket; you guys where all so friendly and amazing.

Pros-The location is awesome. Short walk to the parking garage, beach & Lincoln Rd. The front desk folks were super nice. Cons-no pool (false advertising) and the bed was so uncomfortable. It felt like I was sleeping on a table with a sheet on it. Way too hard.

Good for one night stay.
Good stay for one night. The bed was comfortable. Had the essentials but it was an odd suite layout. Bathroom could have had shelf space. Water pressure was low. The staff were so friendly so that was great.

The room itself was big, but it was very musty and very dark. A lot of the amenities were outdated and was a bit creepy.

Th aqua os a very falsed advertised hotel. The web site says complimentary breakfast that was a lie. They offer ice and tap water "still water" they say. $120 resort fee I dont know why its not a resort felt more like a hostel. No privacy i heard every conversation in each room beside me. And $200 deposit for damages mind you the room looked damaged already peeling tub pealling paint broken bathroom door. They give you ice but no bucket the sink is your best bet. I will neverstay again and i hope expedia reimburses be with something. Because the AQUA IS EXTREMELY FALSE ADVERTISED!!!!
