Decent property. Free parking, free airport shuttle. Not within walking distance of anything really. Breakfast window is slim, from 7 - 9am, and basically the same offering each day.

My stay at Wingates was great but my unacceptable experience came after checkout. I'm still waiting for a refund to my credit card or even a response to the many emails I sent regarding my refund. Also my reservation said pay on arrival but my card was charged prior my arrival which created issues.

My experience this week was not the same as last week. The beds were not comfortable and were worn down on both ends making it difficult to sleep. Our room was not taken care of on sunday by housekeeping. It was a fair experience when compared to the week before.

Overall everyone was friendly and very helpful. Sufficient self parking and good location (close to airport). Kitchen staff however could do better as well the breakfast options could be varied. Please get a different waffle mix recipe.
