“Room floors were extremely sticky and dirty. Furniture was scuffed and aged. No room refreshing. No soap in the bathrooms to wash hands. We ran out of tissues and toilet paper and had to track down staff for trash bags and new towels. The water park was awesome and the common areas were great but for the price of the rooms they need much over due refresh and rooms should be mopped or floors cleaned on occasion.”
