"Clean room, TV didn’t work and several plugs in room were loose. Some places looked a bit rough as far as maintenance. Breakfast was good, coffee was terrible. "

"Staff was very friendly. Room was very large and perfect for a family of 5. The only major downside was we booked this hotel specifically because it mentioned an arcade and game room, which we thought would be perfect for our 3 kids. However, when we arrived, we were told there was no longer a game room and the hotel signs (and the online descriptions) hadn’t been changed yet. So, that was a disappointment. But overall it was a clean, affordable, decent place to stay on our cross-country road trip. "

"We always love staying at castaway Bay. A few disappointments this time. It seems they opened and closed a lot of the slides. We went to get ice cream on Saturday night and they were out of almost every topping. They said they were out of sprinkles but I saw a box there on the counter. I think they just didn't want to open the new box because it was the end of the evening. There's not a lot of other options so they should cater until the end of the day. "

"Great location , great staff especially Anna . She was exceptionally amazing with her hospitality. The property needs to be shown a lot of TLC . Just simple things that can be fixed and cleaned would really make a huge difference. Windows and windows cills for example were extremely dirty . Mold and dirt on the exterior of the building that just needs to be pressure washed. Simple things that would make this property a great place . I hope the owners read this and take some action . After all your name is Quality Inn right , why not be quality ! "

"Clean room, clean facilities, friendly staff, main restaurant had good food at a reasonable price, plenty of kid friendly events all day. It felt like an escape from the cold weather. I thought it was a great value for the money. "
