“Stayed here for one night with my family. We all loved the hotel and agreed we’d stay again. Room was spacious and clean with lots of storage space and a cute seating area… sofa is a pull out bed. We had breakfast in the morning… it was as expected. I would recommend a waffle station or pancake station. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment on it. Only issue… room did not have enough towels provided. We were four (Hubby, teenage son, teenage daughter and myself) to the room and were given……

“We were just there for one night. When we arrived, a car pulled up and asked our names, we said who we were and they replied that they did not know what time we were arriving. ( check in is 4 to 9, something like that). He said Expedia had sold our reservation to a third party, and there was no contact information.. We tried contacting them through the email message they presumably sent through Expedia, but there wasn't one. We didn't think there was a serous issue, or we would have called the……

“We were left stranded on the day of a wedding because although this establishment is contactless and doesn’t have a “front desk” nothing was communicated to us giving instructions to our reserved room. We were left to change into wedding attire in a local Starbucks bathroom because no one associated with this establishment would answer a call, email or text.”
