“It was a pleasure to stay at the Comfort Inn in Saratoga Springs, NY! The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable, the entire was hotel clean and tidy, and the big bonus was the breakfast, including hot food items (eggs, sausage, and waffles). We will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Saratoga.”

“We were just there for one night. When we arrived, a car pulled up and asked our names, we said who we were and they replied that they did not know what time we were arriving. ( check in is 4 to 9, something like that). He said Expedia had sold our reservation to a third party, and there was no contact information.. We tried contacting them through the email message they presumably sent through Expedia, but there wasn't one. We didn't think there was a serous issue, or we would have called the……

“Loved our stay at Sara Glen. We felt very welcomed at check-in. The only downside was that the room felt outdated and smelled "old".”

“Nice stay with very helpful staff! Our room had a weird smell coming out of the AC, but after the AC was running for awhile, it was okay. We stayed to have a medical procedure done as we were traveling. Didn’t use the pool but it was available all day. Bathroom/tub was spacious. Breakfast was so-so but there’s an I-Hop in the same parking lot if you prefer more options. Front desk was extremely accommodating to our requests, so overall a great stay.”

“Our stay was a joy. Great room with wonderful view as we enjoyed our morning coffee. Room was maintained efficiently on a daily basis. The massage was one of the best we have experienced. AND the parking behind hotel made our daily adventures complete.”
