![The main falls in rock island state park are a site to see. They stretch a few hundred feet wide! Slowly cascading down a side of a rock faced wall. It is a short but tenuous hike to see the falls. But, they are some of the best you can see in the south east. Maybe not the tallest or most water flowing, but it is a beautiful, slow, and pooling fall. As an added bonus the river it flows into is controlled by a dam, so you can at times get up to the waterfall, and at other times raft the river which I'm guessing is a class 3-4. “Was asked to cancel booking and rebook outside of VRBO. The lighter for the fireplace (the only source of heat) did not work, and there was no Kinlin for the fire to get light. The path to the yurt was confusing and not clear. I had to book a hotel room at 11:00 at night after arriving from my wedding. One of the worst experiences of my life. I will be conactacting VRBO when I get back from my honeymoon.”
