“My first stay. Having moved house and travelled two hours, I was stressed and exhausted. Check in was a little slow but the apology was accepted. The room was a long walk from reception, I was pleasantly surprised with the layout. The bathroom was extremely small, I had a hot shower and got into nice white sheets. The TV was pixilated, very poor signal, the remote wouldnt work. I was too exhausted to bother with it, but tried again in the morning. The tv would not turn on. Further……

Amusingly (only because my wife and I are less than 5 feet 7 inches) , the height size inside two thirds of our (large) premium room was less than 5 feet 10 inches, and even though the bathroom was very large, Its inadequate small electric towel rail in the corner and very, very small mini bath would not suit many, particularly in the winter.
