“I booked this hotel for a week. It’s almost an hour from the airport. Not very much around it. It’s a beautiful resort. The food was very good. HOWEVER, due to the location there is a big bug issue. Mosquitos, sand fleas and biting gnats. It was so bad we couldn’t even spend time outside. Despite the fact we put on bug repellent. We ended up being in the room more often, and there were a lot of bugs in the room as well. Mosquitos, biting gnats and roaches. I am covered in bites from head to toe.……

“The property was absolutely amazing!! We were able to snorkel and even scuba dive directly from the resort! Food was great, staff was wonderful!! Few minor things could be upgraded and made this place even better, like the hammocks in the water that they advertise. But all in all, absolutely amazing!!!”

“What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible!
