“We were alittle disappointed that the pool was closed due to renovations. The beds were comfy, bathrooms clean, and spacious rooms. Overall, we are pleased with our stay. I rated it due to the fact that the one elevator was broken down and there was only 1 working ice machines that was very outdated.”

“The desk clerk was looking at her phone and didn't even see me approach when I went to check in. I had to say good afternoon to get her attention. Then when there was a problem with my reservation she just said, "call Expedia. I can't help you." She was no help at all and in fact had a very rude attitude. This set the tone for our entire stay: after traveling 12 hours, being tired and roadweary, to get there and to be treated like that.... was embarrassing and unpleasant to say the least. The……

“Very modern and super clean! We really enjoyed this hotel more than all the Hiltons we had stayed at. Charlotte worked in the breakfast area and a very nice and pleasant lady. She made us feel comfortable.”

“We truly enjoyed staying here, especially compared to a hotel. The setting was unique and picturesque.The space was very clean. It was very comfy. We loved having a full kitchen; even though we didn’t cook, we did snack. Expectations were clear. Appreciated the availability of partial care products. If we happen to be in the area, we would wholeheartedly plan to stay again.”

“The chair in my room (Room 304) had a broken leg (completely broken off). I went to move it and the chair fell to the floor.....someone strategically set the leg back under the chair. That could have been a huge safety liability. I can't imagine that the floor could have been vacuumed without the staff experiencing the same collapse. I reported this to the front desk.....hoped they replaced the chair. The bathroom had a few wall patches that needed painted. I have stayed here several times……
