My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the room and the breakfast and the hot tub however was a little concerned when we learned that they only valet parked cars….we made due but it wasn’t called out right away on the Expedia page so we were a little thrown

The bed was very comfortable-firm, but with a cushioned top. Very important for both of us as we have bad backs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and updated. Will definitely stay here, again. Only criticism is that the duvet had lost all of its fill, except along edges. Was not warm, as body of duvet was just the two layers of cloth sewn together. Should be swapped out. Easy fix.

The room layout makes sense, unlike some other places I’ve stayed. The full kitchen is a nice amenity. Pool seemed over chlorinated. Hit and miss with the staff.

I booked my stay 2 months in advance because I needed to be walking distance to an event at the excel center and would not be able to drive. They cancelled my room the day of me coming from 4 hours away. Sat on the phone for 2 hours with Orbitz to get something figured out. Also room service was banging on my door long before checkout, waking me up, after getting little sleep due to the nosey room next me opening and closing their door over and over in the middle of the night. Will not be using oribtz again.
