“The room is very nice clean and quiet. It was suppose to be very good, the receptionist greeting you with big smile. The only thing that is not so good is the service after we left. My daughter left behind a soft toy, there is no email address I can find online to contact them. I used their web site to contact them but didn’t get the feedback for days. The. I asked the second time and just replied didn’t find it”

“Parking was good, the room was good. Would have been nice if there was some cutlery at least and maybe a microwave? Spa was nice but one of the water jets points a different direction leading to it spraying the wall if you move the wrong way. There was a function on saterday the 28th which was a shame since we wanted to play pool and weren't disturbing any of the guests yet we were kicked out mid game which was a shame since that was our only chance to play there were also no signs saying that……

“Once again, my stay at the Crossroads Hotel was convenient and comfortable. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe. While the rooms are basic, the bed was comfortable and clean. On-site parking is very easy. The staff were very helpful. ”
