"Clean room"

"El staff hizo todo lo posible hacer mi estancia de una semana mas agradable a pesar de los problemas que encontré. Lamentablemente ya me habían cambiado de habitación 2 veces y aún así había problemas. El primer cambio fue por olor muy fuerte de drejane proveniente de la regadera y lavabo. El segundo cambio fue por el internet y la cobertura dentro de la habitación era nula. (7mo piso) En la ultima habitación (2do piso) a donde fui cambiado era una que estaba conjunta con otra con una puerta de por medio en donde se escuchaba el ronquido del huesped de a lado, algo que no deberia pasar en hoteles. En esta misma tuve unas cuantas cucarachas que igual salian del baño. Esto ultimo creo es lo que mas deberían de considerar al ser un hotel que debe cumplir con medidas basicas de higiene y no un hotel de paso. "

"Everything was good and staff were very nice. However, gym equipment was not all functional and elevator had broken down. We had to use a seperate elevator that was also part of the business plaza. There is also a musty smell throughout the building. That could be because it is an older building. Location is great! I would stay again."

"Beach club was in bad shape, rooms and amenities are not worth it, overrated hotel."
