The Space:

Sunlight filters across pale tile floors as salt air drifts in from the Gulf, setting an easy rhythm to the day just moments from the shoreline. Mornings begin with coffee on a breezy balcony and end with evening swims under the stars, all within a short stroll of Miramar Beach’s soft white sand and emerald waters. The sound of waves is never far, and neither is space to gather, unwind, or spread out.



The space

Set just seven houses from the beach with private beach access and no roads to cross, Atlantis spans more than 5,000 square feet across three levels. Designed for large groups, the home accommodates up to 24 guests with six king master suites and two bunk rooms, making it well suited for extended families or friends traveling together. Each king bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy alongside generous shared spaces for time together.



Living areas

Multiple living spaces allow everyone to settle in comfortably. The main living areas feature open gathering zones with ample seating, while oversized smart TVs throughout the home support relaxed movie nights or casual downtime. On the third floor, a dedicated game room adds variety with a billiards table, seating, and a smart TV, opening to a covered balcony with a glimpse of the Gulf.



Sleeping arrangements

The home is arranged over three floors for easy flow and flexibility. King bedrooms are spread throughout, while the bunk rooms offer additional sleeping space for groups traveling with kids or teens. One bunk suite includes queen bunks alongside a standalone queen bed. Bed layouts are thoughtfully placed to balance quiet retreats with convenient access to shared areas.



Kitchen and dining

With two fully equipped kitchens, meal prep is simple whether you’re cooking for a crowd or keeping things casual. Each kitchen includes full-size appliances and dining areas nearby, making it easy to gather for shared meals or quick breakfasts before heading out. An outdoor kitchen with a grill extends dining options into the backyard when the weather calls for it.



Outdoor living

The backyard is centered around a pool and hot tub, creating a relaxed setting for afternoon swims or evening soaks. Pool heat is seasonal and available by request from October through May. Multiple balconies and outdoor seating areas provide places to enjoy Gulf breezes, morning light, or sunset skies without leaving the property.



Amenities and comfort

You’ll have access to WiFi, a dedicated workspace, washer and dryer, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, and towels are provided. The home is pet-friendly and offers self check-in with a smart lock. Free parking is available on the property and on the street. Beach essentials are included for days by the water.



Location

From here, you’re within walking distance of local dining, shopping, and beachside spots, with Silver Sands Premium Outlets and nearby restaurants close by. A 4-seater golf cart is available upon request for exploring the area at an easy pace.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

You agree to complete a waiver document regarding the use and liability of the golf cart which will be completed with Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC provided by QR code listed at the property and in your check-in details, prior to the release of the cart access activation code.
