We stayed at this property for 4 days. It was an easy check-in process, very clean, in a great neighborhood, short walk to beach and restaurants. It was interesting how attention to details seemed to be a priority. This included the instructions (check-in/check-out), plenty of towels, washer and dryer, and even the light switches were marked. We noticed the coffee maker had a Kureg feature, however it didn't work. No problem, they had a single cup Kureg over to the side. Overall excellent property. I might suggest two things. Let your guests know that there is a cart you can borrow to save trips from car to 2nd floor. Also, the code for the gate at the beach is the same as the entrance gate. Took us a while to figure this out. Thank you for making our get away so successful.

We had a great vacation in Destin at this property. Had all amenities inside and out. We were even able to bring our Cocker Spaniel who enjoyed the freedom of going from inside to the balcony. Unit has a nice ocean view. The beach service that comes with the unit was an extremely nice experience. Overall a great stay.

Very nice condo close to the beach
Very nice, clean condo within easy walking distance of the beach. Convenient to several restaurants as well as places to buy needed supplies. I thoroughly enjoyed the balcony which provides a view of the gulf in the distance. Accurate online description. Really has most everything one needs to prepare meals or do laundry if needed. Pet-friendly and my dog enjoyed it as much as I did.

Beach fun with family
This property was perfect for our family and 2 dogs. We rented the condo for 2 adults and 2 dogs initially as the rest of my family wasn't able to go. However, plans changed and we ended up with 5 adults, a baby and 2 dogs. The layout of this condo even though it's a 1 bedroom allows for a group this size. Furnishings are well thought out with lots of storage. Owner/property manager was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the AC. She sent a repairman out and we were up and running again within a couple of hours. Our family would stay here again.

Loved my condo at Maravilla
Our 1 bdrm, 1.5 bath condo was exactly as advertised in Vrbo. It was close to the beach, close to lots of restaurants and shopping, and the beach service with the comfy canvas chaise chairs and umbrella were a nice plus. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi but it looked nice and people seemed to be enjoying them. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need including both drip and K-cup coffee makers. There was a brand new mattress and comfy pillows. They also supply plenty of towels. We stayed 3 weeks so had do do laundry. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. We brought our 26 lb pooch with us and found a dog park 10 minutes away. He went there many times and loved it. The neighborhood was also nice for long dog walks. Plenty of other dogs at Maravilla for him to play with as well. The contact between us and the owners was excellent and they checked in with us often. Also supplied us with great information prior to check in, making the whole process seamless, including gate codes and door codes. We spent a lot of time sitting on the balcony with our view of the shore. Nice for reading or enjoying a cup of coffee. This was exactly the relaxing getaway we wanted as 2 older adults. The only small issue was the sofa and chair in the living room are very tired.

Great location in pet-friendly Maravilla. Ocean view from balcony. Walking distance to our favorite places like Pompano Joes and Badass Coffee. Unit was clean, updated, and decorated as advertised. Plenty of towels and basics for our stay. Appliances and AC were great. Love the included umbrellas on beach. Room for improvement in quality of mattresses—particularly master and pull out sofa mattress needs repair/replace. Cable issues in the bunk bed tvs. Welcome instructions were very detailed and no hassle exit was appreciated.

This condo was EXCELLENT! Close walk to the beach, the condo was beautiful, and had all the things you need for a fantastic week at the beach. We loved the fact that we could take our little senior dog with us. And, the beach view was a bonus!

Nice Location and Amenities
Great location and property with nice amenities. Appliances made it convenient. We’ve stayed at places lacking in basic supplies (towels, hand soap, toilet paper, coffee filters), but this property was well stocked. Kudos to the owners! Furniture was a little tired and floors could use a good cleaning, but all in all, a good place to stay. Central to beach and restaurants. Quiet.

The location of the condo was great! Close to pool, close to beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The condo is pet friendly which is a major plus! However, there are a ton of dogs in the resort so it can be very loud especially in the early morning hours. Management is very responsive. The condo itself needs some updating and maintenance. The air vent in the hall bathroom is hanging from ceiling and there is black (assuming mold) showing on the ceiling around the vent hole. The shower curtain was old and moldy and needs to be replaced. The bunk beds in hall are terribly uncomfortable and the mattress was bowed even with no one sitting on it. The light switches and door handles were gross and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months-years! I had to go buy cleaning supplies to wipe them down. During a pandemic and flu season you’d think the cleaning service would at least clean high traffic areas. The day before we checked out I had to kill two roaches, one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen area. A little tlc and this condo could be a great vacation rental but we likely won’t return.

When we arrived the condo was filthy. The bedding on the bunk beds looked like it hadn’t been washed in months. We also found hair all over. We had our own bedding thank goodness as when I went to do laundry our dryer did not work at all. I emailed/called for 4 daya to have it repaired. Finally late Thursday afternoon, 2 days before check out someone came. The repair man was very friendly and fixed it quickly. He stated it was just a belt issue that happens from being overloaded and it happens a lot in these units as the cleaning service does laundry on site and tends to overload the washer/dryer. Either way we were excited to finally wash some clothes. After the first load of laundry was done it was apparent that we would have to wash our clothes at home. The clothes seemed to still be dirty and covered with alint and hair. Flash forward to check out day. Check out time is 10:00 and we were all loaded up and the condo was clean. We had taken the trash out, washed the dishes, put all the towels in the laundry room and cleaned the balcony area. All we had left was to go through the very few items in the fridge that we almost forgot. We knew we would just have to throw them away so we got out a sack and started to clean out the last few items when a gentleman walked in without knocking and yelled “Do you know what time check out is.” I was confused as he didn’t identify himself and I had no idea who he was. I laughed nervously and said “yes 10 am.” He then asked if i knew what time it was and I said I think it’s just a few til. He checked his watch and then yelled “it’s 10:02!” I apologized and said we just need seriously like 2 more minutes as we are on our way out. He leaned over the counter and started scolding me asking me if I thought the rules didn’t apply to me. I asked why he was being so rude and he told us to get out and never to come back. I asked him to leave so we could do just that and he proceeded to tell me that I better not ever try and tell him what to do. I then asked who he was and he said his cleaning crew was there waiting so I asked him again to leave as he was blocking the hallway and making my kids very uncomfortable. In his way out he shouted again “Don’t you dare try and come back! I’ve got your number lady!” I am still unsure as to what that meant. I emailed the property manager that I booked with at 10:09 as we were pulling out. The email time stamp actually said 10:12 when it went through. She offered no apology.
