“This property was fine, location close to the ocean, the check in was completely insane. It took almost 30 minutes because the office staff was more concerned with talking amongst themselves rather than helping actually get us checked in. We kept having to remind them we were still there and trying to get a key, and we were the only people there! We specifically booked a bottom floor due to my mother’s mobility issues and were given a top floor unit. They completely did not care. Office staff……

“The staff was helpful. The apartment has a separate room with a bathroom. Big kitchen. Plus another bathroom with shower. A Bed and sofa bed. Located on the 2nd floor. You can use any of the 4 pools at other sister hotels, which is nice. If they are open and hopefully clean. 2 min walk to the broadwalk & beach.”

“Gentleman at the front desk was very polite and efficient.. room was clean bed was comfortable was nice having a refrigerator and microwave in the room AC was excellent worked very well quiet property close to everything.. Wi-Fi worked great”

“Didn’t like broken door sliding lock, stained and dirty covers on bed, bathroom toilet had baby seat, light fixture had no cover and grass hadn’t been cut in a while. Likes are air conditioning works great. Never again!”
