“Breakfast is good. But the room was smaller than that shown on the photos. Overall the room was clean and tidy.”

“This guest house is absolutely unique - it has an atmosphere of a hut in the woods, and it is actually in the woods. on the way, you pass by an ancient castle, which we loved to explore. At the guesthouse we received one of the best meals we ever had, so special and so well made! Finally, the rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the common dining room is quite interesting and very cozy. Although the guesthouse is off the beaten path, it is worth the drive, and it is actually only 20 minutes……

If you stay here, request a room on the back, away from the road and restaurant. The place has potential, but the little details matter. ”

Staff helpful but hotel sparing on extras, like a kettle or coffeemaker in room. Room had stale smell of cigarette smoke. A/c good. Breakfast good but not real dairy in coffeemaker. Comfortable room except for stale smoke smell. Window opens. Quiet, at least on mountain/field side.”

“Gorgeous suite, great views, fabulous dinner both nights and delicious breakfast. Staff made us feel very welcome. We experienced both sunshine and snow and were glad to make use of the sauna in our room! Would highly recommend.”

The location was excellent in the heart of Lake Bohinj territory (easy day trip to Bled from there) with so much beauty and things to explore within walking/biking distance. The hotel itself was impeccable...from the friendly and helpful wait staff, gorgeously furnished rooms, fantastic restaurant and bar with wonderful food and desserts, a great spa with excellent services to choose from, and very thoughtful and eco conscious design. I LOVED my stay there and……
