The room was basic and cleanhowever we booked this because it had a pool and breakfast and WiFi - pool out of action for a good while, no breakfast and WiFi wasn’t working- which made things very difficult as with UK phones we were reliant on WiFi - with the help of the manager we managed to jump on the WiFi of the restaurant across the road eventually after I complained

The staff was very helpful. The attendant informed me of the beginning of the access and exiting process, in addition to not having TV access. Having to press to allow access and entrance was an inconvenience. I thought not having TV access was not going to bother me...But, I like to look at something on TV when I am at the room-not able to do so.

The walk to the restaurants was a little sketchy. My living room smelled like weed and chlorine since it was over the pool. Bed was firm which is what I prefer so I slept well.

"First we were greeted by the front desk very well. Made us feel welcomed. Check in was quick and easy. Housekeeping was awesome, not just sprayed and wiped down but actually clean. Whole place was clean not just the room. The lady at breakfast was super friendly and helpfull. Great attitude."
