"located just off the main road at the edge of Pescara next to Montesilvano, the is B&B was easy to find. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach. Hosts were great, they saw that it was our birthdays and left a bottle of sparkling for us. very nice of them. "E' stata la prima volta a Casa del Mar. Abbiamo trovato una struttura confortevole e un personale cortese e disponibile. Il residence è praticamente sul mare e c'è solo la pista ciclabile che divide dalla spiaggia.La piscina presente nel residence è un'opzione che è piaciuta molto ai miei nostri figli.
