“The room was filthy, a dog was left in a room next to me and started barking at 5:00 am and continued for hours, they notified the guest to come back.
There were bugs in the room.
Pillows flat and dingy.
My complaints:
Room is filthy- was told that’s not my job.
A storm came in and was absolutely awful, a guest almost got severely injured when a garbage can and lid outside flew and the heavy lid almost hit her in the head.
