“The property was very clean, and in good repair. The room was well appointed, with clean, fresh linens and towels. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Breakfast was good, with plentiful choices, and great coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. The one negative was that the air conditioner did not work in the room. Hallways and public areas were cool and comfortable, but for some reason that was lost in translation, the a/c in the hotel room could not be used. This was a real negative, as it was……

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“Klassiskt kontinentalt turisthotell med alla faciliteter. Rummet och badrum var rymligt och bra. Rent och snyggt. Lättillgänglig och prisvärd parkering på gården. Frukosten var lika klassiskt kontinental som hotellet. Begränsat utbud av det bröd och pålägg. Massor av småförpackningar med sylter mm. Bra juicer och gott kaffe. Vänlig personal. Sedan kan jag tycka/önska att solsäng tillhörande hotellet skall ingå i pris, men det gör det tydligen aldrig. Vattnet i pool upplevdes som smutsigt och……
