"The innkeeper was incredibly nice and welcoming! There was coffee and pastries available in the common area every morning and staff were readily available should you need anything. Super close to the beach and about a 10-15 min walk from great bars and restaurants. I left 4 stars for facilities because one of our two bathroom doors didn’t close properly, but this didn’t bother us too much and I’m sure they will fix this by the time you stay here :)"

"I came to this property not knowing I would be sharing space with others. It should’ve stated that on the website, so people are aware. When staying in an AirBnB I’m looking to have my own privacy. This place literally is a room, a small room at that. When we pulled up we seen crack heads across the street. I had already paid for the room but after my husband viewed the room he wasn’t happy with it, so while the owners were there I asked if I could get a refund they told me they don’t do refunds...

"Very sketchy neighborhood, Uber driver warned me against going out at night. When I arrived, key was not in the lock box, as promised in the instructions, so I had to wait several minutes until someone opened the door. From the inside. I didn't realize it was basically a small apartment, with other people staying there, and food I could not eat. I did not have a key with which I could lock my room, and after waiting for a little while for the key the person on the other end of the phone...

"Geoff is the most gracious hosts I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He responded very quickly to our every concern, and even took our family to visit a neighboring farm. The property is absolutely beautiful, and we had access to most outside areas. The outside kitchen has a huge gas grill and a small oven which was more than sufficient for our stay. "The guest house is in an unsafe area. You can barely find parking, there are cockroaches on the staircase and just the whole house is not clean. When you close the bathroom door from the inside you are unable to open. Even our room was not clean too. The people from other rooms where making a lot of noise."

"We have family in nearby West Deptford and use Amir's property as our home base for celebrations. As of our December visit, we've now stayed in each suite. Don't hesitate to book (but please don't book Dec 22 thru 24th b/c that's when we need to stay :^) to wake up in a home-y environment on Christmas Day."
