Great location if you want to be able to walk to downtown or the nearby plaza with ease and safety. Also a quick drive to Cannery Row and Carmel. Clean, quiet, and easy check in/out. You may have a slightly more difficult time parking if you drive a larger vehicle, but that's true most places. Highly recommend!

This older building has been renovated and is clean and comfortable. The louvered shades are an old fashioned touch but they don’t block all the light as well as curtains would. A good value compared to other properties in the neighborhood

The room was clean and well appointed, it would have been nice to have carpeted floor in the room. The AC is noisy especially at night when there is no traffic noise. The toilet is a pressure flush which is also noisy. Other than that our stay was good.

Great price with kind and helpful staff

Check in was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and even went of their way to help me print some documents that I needed. The room looks recently updated and was very clean. It was priced well for what you get. The parking was a little tight but other than I was pleased with my stay.
