"The beds were very soft and comfortable, the room was pleasantly warm, the coffee maker was clean and the hotel offered me all of the amenities I love: a big screen TV (I watched a marathon of favorite movies), a beautiful refrigerator and microwave, plenty of storage space, comfortable chairs, nice lighting, the basic bathroom supplies (toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body washes, and beautifully absorbent towels), and a big window with a great view of the prison and parking lot, which believe it or not, was interesting. The window was a plus because I could experience the sunrise and sunset. Having had a much-appreciated, decent night’s sleep, I will likely stay there again. "

"When we checked in the front desk was nice. Our room was NOT there were stains on everything, the bathroom was disgustingly discolored and gross. The whole room reeked like cigarettes despite it supposedly being non smoking. They did change our room and it was much better but the ick factor had already hit us pretty hard. I don’t think it would have felt so gross if we had never seen that first room. The front desk at check out was not personable but it was “fine”. We went in 2019 and it was much better back then. Probably won’t stay there again. Disappointed because having been in the past I expected better."
