"We stayed the night on our way through France. The large family room was perfect for us with 3 young children. It’s a short walk into town and there is an impressive looking municipal outdoor swimming pool 5 mins walk away (unfortunately closed the day we stayed)."

The bathroom is next to the bed in a small closet. The lock for the door is a small padlock. There was a fecal smell that kept us up at night. The bed was a soft mat type bed not a mattress. "Everyone should experience this type of lodging at least once in France. I thought I'd booked in a small town, but in fact, it's a farmstay, B&B. I was happy to learn they offered dinner. The dining room was very nice and a nice experience, and the food was excellent. A little pricey, but I was happy to enjoy delicious food and wine in a nice atmosphere. "

"Great location, owner was a Electric car wizz which was helpful at times for someone who was using one of these for the first time. The owners were very prescriptive of how to tidy the flat etc. Perhaps they shouldn't rent on Hotels.com since this wasn't a hotel in any shape or form. It was disappointing that the accomodation wasn't physically in the main Residence, just a small lockoff on the side of the residence"

"Upon arrival, we were told to open the large gates leading up to the driveway of the house. The gates were what I can only describe as something you would see at a 'haunted' house in really poor condition. Our first impressions were not great as the accommodation appeared very old and run down. As we approached the house, the ground were extremely unkempt: overgrown, unclean pool and the tennis court area had seen better days. "Gave us the top floor, climbing that spiral stairs was a work out! Besides that location was good, close to port, transportation and restaurant. Public parking expensive if you have car. I would stay here again, but only if I get a first floor room."
