Modern fully renovated three bedrooms, two bathroom condo in the trendy plateau Mont-Royal/Mile End with a refined decor and a relaxing atmosphere. Walking distance from the Mount-Royal Mountain, the city’s biggest and most beautiful park, and only a minute away from the public transport that will take you to the city center and its festivals in less than 10 minutes.

We invite you to enjoy our completely renovated and tastefully decorated condo in the heart of the Plateau/Mile End neighbourhood of Montreal. We wish to offer you maximum comfort as well as a memorable experience. In this sense, every space in the apartment, be it the kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms or the living room, has been ergonomically designed to optimize the space. Our multidisciplinary team has studied every detail with the ultimate goal of providing a functional and exceptional space that allows you to feel at home.

Our guests will have access to all areas of the apartment. We offer a fully equipped kitchen, with a coffee machine for your use. In the morning, you can enjoy your first coffee of the day on our terrace. High Speed Wi-Fi Internet is available for your use. We also offer 2 Smart TV’s with NETFLIX, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The living room’ TV is also equipped with a mag Box that offers you channels from all over the world and movies in many different languages. Just as described.
We were in town for training. This location was conveniently nearby. We also needed a parking spot for our vehicle. We were able to park right there in the spot behind the building which was great! The apartment was clean and the perfect size for us. The wifi came in very handy because none of our phones had service in Montreal. The price was also right.

a good place for a family with young adult children (21 and 19); each could have their own bedroom. quiet inside and the parking space is nice in that area. Good location for Mile End shops/restaurants as well as the park.

Great family stay
This property proved to be a great home base for exploring Montreal. It’s across the street from the supermarket, next door to the liquor store and a nice cafe. We felt very secure in the area and bldg. parking space a huge plus. The furnishings were nice but could use some more kitchen items, bowls were limited and one tiny cutting board. Other than that stay was great!

Location Amazing! A few things to change.
The place it’s self is great but there was a few things that could definitely be improved( receiving the check-in process before I arrive, the broken furniture( chairs), the lack of basic amenities that was stated in the description that was there. The location is amazing and the space you have in the apartment was great.

Great spot!
My friend and I had a wonderful weekend in Montreal and the rental was just perfect! The apartment was in a great location with everything you need within a quick walk - some right next door! The beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were clean and well equipped. It has a great view and the little balcony was nice although it was just a bit too cold to sit out when we were there. The only minor critique we had was the kitchen could use a little overhaul - it certainly had all the gear but the pots and pans were just a bit old and only one regular wine glass. And maybe some clean dish cloths instead of used sponges? Also, the kitchen island chairs could use a little cleaning but the island itself was really comfortable! These little things may not bother some renters, but we tend to hang out in the kitchen and we love to cook. There weren’t any laundry supplies but I am not sure if that was mentioned as included in the description. Other than that, I would recommend this to anyone visiting the city. Thanks you Kevin for all your help! We had a fabulous weekend!

Fun & Eclectic location
Enjoyed our stay in Mile End. Good area for restaurants & grocery stores etc... Accommodation was very nice, well equipped kitchen & pretty comfy beds. Disappointed with lack of t/p in bathrooms, 1 roll, no spares & not enough bath towels, we were a party of 6 adults only 5 towels. We did contact manager & he did respond but a little too late as we were leaving the next morning.
