Easy check in. Clean, well appointed suite. Nicely decorated. Easy and responsive communication when needed. Hot water a bit lacking but otherwise a lovely stay in a great location. Would stay again!

The Maison Rasco is perfectly situated in Old Montreal - we couldn’t have asked for a better view of the NYE fireworks too! Excellent communications and a beautiful apartment within walking distance of all the fun places to go out, but in the quieter section. Loved our stay and would love to come back!

Lovely apartment with a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable family room filled with natural light from large windows. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The location is ideal, and communication with the administrators was clear, prompt, and professional throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

All was great with the room and access codes. Just had a hick-up when the elevator stopped working but was looked after quickly. However property owner notified us of the break-down they did not tell us when it was repaired so we just had to trust that the elevator would work for us.

Beautiful large apartment with high ceilings, very well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and coffee machine. Every time I needed something new like more towels, or a knife block, they replied by SMS within seconds. Only downside is the queen bed is small and too small for two adults. The duvet is not in a duvet cover, instead it's sandwiched between two loose sheets and that makes it uncomfortable. The pillows are also too soft, so for those of us who need neck support, it's not a great night's sleep. The bed is firm though, which is a plus for me. A/C is excellent, as is the heating, and the shower is great. The shampoos are lovely. The smart TV and WiFi connectivity are excellent. The location is slap bang in the middle of the Old Towns which is nice, although there are no supermarkets and it's full of massively overpriced low quality tourist cafes and restaurants. In hindsight I'd have stayed in the Mont Royal area, which is far busier and more bohemian.

I love this place because of the following:. 1) quiet. My unit faced a garden.2) location near Jacques Cartier Place 3) comfortable bed and couch4) spaciousness 5) responsiveness of the staff The main drawback is the tiny bathroom. It was not a big deal for me. But if a good spacious bathroom is important to you, this is not the place for you. But otherwise this place was great.

Roomy apartment. Nice to have bottled water available. We would suggest a blanket, handle bars in the shower, a dresser drawer to keep clothes, tv instructions for channels. We enjoyed our stay and Montreal and the people were very friendly and nice. Thank you!

Great location, spacious, lacks some amenities

Apartment was spacious and great location, walkable to lots of restaurants, shops etc… Could do with some drawers in bedroom, other than hanging space in closet nowhere else to put your stuff, not even drawers in nightstands. There was lots of space in the bedroom to accommodate some storage unit. Could do with blackout shade in bedroom. Unfortunately for one of us the bed was very firm, ok for some but nice to know in advance. Please get rid of the terrible overbearing plug in air fresheners especially the one in the foyer, so strong or have a more neutral scent. If you have a late flight you will need to find an alternative to store your luggage as this is not a service that is offered, only option in hotel is to pay $80 to have late check out and have your room for an additional 2 hours.

Excellent location. Excellent communication. Suited my family very well. The only issue that I had, which was not the hotel's fault, is that nearby parking may not be available (due to the large number of other visitors) and the cost of this parking. Highly recommend this hotel.

Une évasion accueillante

Luxury In Transit was the difference maker on our family vacation. The location in the heart of Vieux-Montreal put the city's top museums, monuments, and restaurants at our fingertips, while the clean, spacious unit gave us the homey oasis we needed to relax and recharge. Also, the host was responsive, courteous, and flexible in accommodating last-minute check-in changes when our flights got delayed. Our stay was a welcoming escape.
