“My 1st experience with VRBO so check in /out was a bit confusing but we we managed to get in and cleaning guy was a little early so he said I could leave the keys with him & he would put them in the lock box for us. He was very nice.There were a few stains on the carpet when we got there but otherwise clean & well equipped to move in!We only needed a clean, quiet place to sleep so it was more than adequate for us.Loved the view of yard & forest in the back!”

“We were very disappointed. The view outside the balcony was totally obstructed by a large sliding glass window that was waiting to be installed, so we had no view from inside the living room to the outside. The shower walls had what appeared to be black mold on them along with orangish mold. The shower handle was displaced. The TVs were totally non-functioning. The washer and dryer were down the hall outside the unit, and you needed coins to operate - this was not relayed to us in the……

“The main issue was no consistency in the hot water and the one shower in the unit had intermittent or no water pressure. Vacasa was notified but no one came to rectify the issue. The lower level baseboard heat did not work and neither did the small gas heater. We used the small gas fireplace, once we found the remote to operate it, to heat the lower level.The place was clean, well supplied, and conveniently located, but without a working shower we left early and did not get any refund.”

“Adequate space for our party of 4. The lift was fun. Curtains for the higher windows would’ve helped with the light, but not a big deal. We had an issue the first night figuring out the shower and it seemed our question was responded to by an auto attendant and not a real person. We figured it out eventually on our own, but if you had a real issue you might not reach an actual person. ”

“Place was absolutely perfect!! Hot tub was key after a day of skiing fat powder. Beds were super comfy. Tons of bedding and towels and warm blankets. Fireplace was great for drying gear. We had a small minor issue with the hot tub and the response was literally 10 minutes!! Can’t say enough great things about this place!! Would definitely stay again without a doubt.”
