Disappointed!

Pros: Location was close to my work. Convenient to getting where I needed to go.
Cons: I stayed there 9 nights. 3 times my room was NOT cleaned! I spoke with people at the front desk, housekeeping & the housekeeper who was on my floor. "We'll check on it" was what I was told. 3 different times I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. I left my room between 11:00-11:30 am many mornings. After the first time my room was not cleaned I asked the housekeeper why the room wasn't cleaned & her response was " I check rooms around 9:00 am & if there's a do not disturb sign I leave that room alone". Really! I went to the front desk on the days I left after 11:00am, made sure I removed the do not disturb sign & asked the front desk to communicate to housekeeping that my room was open to be cleaned. I was told that it would be done. Was not done 2 more times! I have been staying at Marriott properties a long, long time & this was the worst stay I have ever had at a Marriott property! I travel to Scranton every month & look for a Marriott property to stay at. I will never stay at this hotel again! I will never recommend this property to people I know that travel to the Scranton area. I understand that a room may not get cleaned 1 time - but 3 times is, after it has been talked about with management, is unacceptable! You just lost a good customer!

It was right up the street from the venue I was attending Willie Nelson concert-great location!

Staff did not accommodate problems in room.

Refrig did not work..Hotel overbooked Staff aware of problems..Asked for paper towels Kleenex.Shipment not in.Manager aware Staff had no clue how to resolve issues..Was completely disappointed with Marriott Was 2 star hotel with 0 star help from employees.

Very nice clean rooms. Staff is wonderful.

Wonderful stay. I stay here every time I come home to visit family. Good breakfast in the morning. Rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable but pillows are not.

Nice hotel

Clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Very nice amenities and priced right. Bed was comfortable. Pillows looked comfortable but were flat.

Pros: Friendly staff and clean room!
Cons: Get the hot tub working!
This is the second time we have stayed here and the hotel experience is really good. Room was very clean,good breakfast choices and very friendly staff. The only negative is the hot tub didn't work.

Dirty dishes, microwave, blood stained towels, moldy dishwasher and unwashed glasses put back in cabinet. Best way to celebrate your wedding anniversary!!!!

Location: pnc field, shopping mall
nice site, room seem cramp. tv was very limited in choice in programing. Italian eatery very good & prices very good.
